So we have been on this long journey of buying a house, It has been crazy and in a way made me super emotional. We had found this one house and put in a offer and the owners counter offered and so we put in another offer and instead of counter offering or just telling us no thanks they pulled it (meaning taking it off the market) grrrr. So now what???? We continued looking and nothing was right for us i mean you have to be able to see your family in the house along with your things, so we think we may have found "the one" we went with our realtor to look at it and of course i had developed a fear and that was liking the house and well i did and i still do. So we let our realtor know that we were interested and he spoke with the owners realtor and now we have to go do paper work i just hope this all works out... Wish us luck!!
